How to use with a better charging enjoyment? 

1. Make sure you are using the supplied USB data cable.
2. Recommend to charge with QC3.0 18W adapter for fast charging, which is not included in the package. The original 5W adapter does not work.
3. Please place your cell phone on the CENTER of the wireless charger. The magnetic alignment experience only applies to iPhone 12 / 12 mini / 12 Pro / 12 Pro Max.
4. Please RESTART your phone if your wireless-enabled smartphones cannot be charged.

Why the phone can't be charged?

1. Wireless charger is applied for all wireless-enabled devices, it is recommended that check whether your devices support wireless charging before purchasing.
2. Please center your devices on the wireless charger pad for better induction, and it prefers to charge the iPhone12.
3. AirPods Pro/2 with wireless charging case is available for wireless charging, AirPods 1 without the charging case can't be charged wirelessly.
4. Thick phone cases, magnetic pads, credit cards, and other metallic phone accessories would cause charging failure, please take it off while charging.
