NOTE: This adapter requires a 65w~100w, 20v output PD GaN charger. Use it with USB-C cables on both ends and be sure to use a charger with PD capability. Some PD chargers do not have a 20v output and will not work with the adapter. If you are using a non-compliant charger, this ACER charging adapter will not work. We recommend using the ACER adapter with a GaN USBC charger that is 100% compatible, which avoids incompatibility issues.
